Shipment cancellation requests will be considered only if the shipment has not yet been dispatched.
Once a shipment is collected or handed over for transportation, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after review of the request and in accordance with Aanush Express’s refund procedures.
Service charges already incurred, customs fees, taxes, or third-party costs may not be refundable.
